Gender inequality is the norm in most coffee farming families and their communities, and has devastating impacts that reverberate throughout the global coffee sector. The Partnership for Gender Equity (PGE) is working to shift this paradigm by:
unlocking the potential of coffee farming women, youth and their families,
elevating opportunities for their communities to thrive, and
catalyzing bold industry action toward a supply chain that works for everyone.

Be a part of the movement, and support Equal Origins, and help us grow our network of industry supporters as we work to eliminate the causes of gender, generational and social inequity for farming families and their communities.
Now through December, there are three ways to join the cause of #genderequity and #GEnerationalEquity in the global coffee secto.r
